Kerri Slater

Kerri,
island girl born and raised, proud mom of 2 amazing teenagers . Her
Passion for health and fitness started early and has developed into a
lifelong commitment and consistency towards health and the importance of
self care.  

Growing
up watching her Dad build beautiful homes from the ground up she
realized the importance of a strong foundation and believes your body is
no different as it is “the only home you have to live in.” Build it
strong and it will withstand any “health storm”

Her
passion has become her purpose, to empower others to feel the same and
develop consistent health habits and applying strength resistance
training and knowing the importance of maintaining muscles as we age as
well as  becoming confident in what your body is capable of.

 

Whether
you’re just beginning on your health journey, new to the gym, not sure
what to do, where to start, her energy and enthusiasm can guide you
wherever you are at. Focusing on progress, commitment, consistency and
finding your joy by building strong sustainable habits that fit your
