Saturday: 9:30AM -- Intermediate Boot-camp (3 spots left)
*NEW* Saturday: 10:45AM -- Beginners Circuit Class (7 spots left)
Register now to book your spot. Minimum of 4 and maximum of 7 per class. Register through the website 'Contact Us' page, or call/text the gym @ 1-250-228-1333.
Classes begin immediately upon reaching the minimum amount of people.
