I started with Leve at age 73 & continue to this day. My strength, balance & posture have all improved. So important for seniors.
Going to Leve; one of the best decisions I made.
After having to quit curling, a sport I've done virtually all my life because of back and balance issues, I sought out KIS Fitness. I've now been going faithfully for almost 4 years. I went back to curling 3 years ago but that was only the beginning of my fitness journey. I stay because I know how much my workouts contribute to my strength and balance as I age. Leve gives me direction, teaches me how to do everything correctly, and pushes me to be the best I can be. I couldn't ask for more!
Leve has been our personal trainer since the fall of 2021. We are in our 60's / 70's and in need of improving strength and stamina to enjoy leisure activities such as gardening, cycling and tennis. WE see Leve 3x per week. Each workout is varied to ensure we are never bored. He is patient and attentive to our ever-changing needs.
